I'm starting my own clothing line, and lets say that an item costs me 12 dollars total to have made, how much should I turn around and sell it wholesale for?

I am looking for certain brands for my fitness/casual clothing boutique. I can't seem to find certain brands. How do I find them? Example: Green Dragon. Also, how do I find out about retail trade shows? Thank you for any help!

At Traders Village I found several stands that sell childrens clothing at a very low price, all have original tags on them, from Carter's, TCP, etc... Where do they get them? I have several girls teen stores in Mexico, and I am planning to open stores with childrens clothing (babies and toddlers). Does anyone know where I can buy wholesale childrens brand clothing ?
